Perceptions 2009: An International Survey of Library Automation
If you haven't already seen this, check out Library Technology Guide's "Perceptions 2009" report from 1/22/10.
I'm especially intrigued about the Open Source discussion and issues that have been surrounding it of late. It also seems that Polaris is continuing to get strong ratings and feedback.
